- Rate of each extended night will be calculated on a pro rata basis according to your booked package plan
- • Surcharge at HK$800nett (US$104) per room per night will be applied during Rugby 7, Special Events, Conference and Trade Fair periods which include Jan 1, 8 – 12, 15 – 19, 23 – 28; Feb 15 – 20, 24 – 28; Mar 13 – 16, 22 – 25, 27 – 30; Apr 5 – 9, 12 – 16, 19 – 23, 26 – 30
- The Executive Suite rates are for double occupancy, extra bed for triple occupancy is subject to a surcharge of HK$400 (US$52) per apartment per night. Deluxe Room is limited to double occupancy.
- Cancellation has to be received 14 days prior to check-in date, a penalty equals to 7 days apartment rental will be applied otherwise
- Above room rate is net rate per apartment and payment is based on Hong Kong currency
- A 10% service charge of the Internet access package rate will be applied which varies between HK$3 / US$0.4 and HK$12 / US$1.6 according to the package purchased. Service charge will be applied irrespective of the internet access package being a paid one or a rate/package-inclusive free of charge service.
