Because without limiting your choice with a list of pre-selected prizes like other reward programs do, our incentive program allows you to redeem whatever you want with your accumulated cash dollars. You may alternatively use your points for entrance to our year end prize lucky draw, allowing yourself optimal flexibility in your choice of prizes.

Gift Redemption
Once accumulated required cash dollars equivalent to the value of your preferred personal rewards, you may simply fill in your preferred gift, the price and the shop where we can purchase it in the redemption form sent along with your monthly statement (if your company has registered as a hotel's cooperate account), and fax it back to our program coordinator. For the rest, we'll handle it for you.

Grand Lucky Draw
Stay more with us, and multiply your chance in winning the lucky draw prize! On a monthly basis, the top 3 producers will be invited for dinner and get a 1/3 chance to take our tempting prize home!

Terms & Conditions:

• To earn cash dollars, you must first register with Cosmopolitan Hotel / Cosmo Hotel as a corporate account and as "Cosmo Rewards" member. To apply for "Cosmo Rewards" membership, you are required to fill in an application form and endorsement by your company has to be sought permitting you to enroll as a member and receive any gift in accordance with such program
• When making a reservation, you are required to identify yourself and quote your "Cosmo Rewards" membership number, subsequent point claim will not be entertained. Cash dollars will be credited for bookings with minimum qualifying rate
• Redemption of you preferred gift is only applicable to purchase of commodity
• Cash dollars from different membership accounts cannot be combined for gift redemption. Cash dollars are only valid if members, at the time of redeeming gift, are still under employment by the same company when they first enrolled as "Cosmo Rewards" members
• Each membership number is entitled to earning welcome gift for once only.
• All cash dollars should be redeemed before 31st December 2008. Unredeemed cash dollars thereafter will be forfeited
• All cash dollars will only be calculated for materialized room nights and cannot be converted into hard cash
• Cosmopolitan Hotel and Cosmo Hotel reserve the rights to change, modify or cancel the program rules, regulations, benefits and rewards without prior notice
