Or alternatively, you may use your points to enter our end-of-year lucky prize draw, giving yourself greater flexibility in your choice of prizes.

Gift Redemption
Once you have accumulated the required cash dollars that are equivalent to the value of your preferred personal rewards, you can simply fill in your preferred gift, together with the price and the shop where we can purchase it, on the redemption form sent along with your monthly statement (if your company has registered with a hotel's corporate account), and fax it back to our programme coordinator. As for the rest, we'll handle it all for you.

Terms & Conditions:

• To earn cash dollars, you must first register with Cosmopolitan Hotel / Cosmo Hotel as a corporate account and as "Cosmo Rewards" member. To apply for "Cosmo Rewards" membership, you are required to fill in an application form and endorsement by your company has to be sought permitting you to enrol as a member and receive any gift in accordance with such programme
• When making a reservation, you are required to identify yourself and quote your "Cosmo Rewards" membership number, or a subsequent point claim will not be entertained. Cash dollars will be credited for bookings with a minimum qualifying rate
• Redemption of you preferred gift is only applicable for purchase of a commodity
• Cash dollars from different membership accounts cannot be combined for gift redemption. Cash dollars are only valid if members, at the time of redeeming a gift, are still employed by the same company they were employed by when they first enrolled as "Cosmo Rewards" members
• Each membership number is only entitled to earn a welcome gift once.
• All cash dollars should be redeemed before 31st December 2009. Unredeemed cash dollars thereafter will be forfeited
• All cash dollars will only be calculated for materialized room nights and cannot be converted into hard cash
• Cosmopolitan Hotel and Cosmo Hotel reserve the right to change, modify or cancel the programme rules, regulations, benefits and rewards without prior notice
